Women of SEMEA or WOS, is a committee within the organization dedicated to supporting women and addressing issues unique to women entrepreneurs such as work life balance, time management, access to capital and self-esteem. Since its inception in 2011, SEMEA has produced women's events such as the Women's Empowerment Expo, the Success for Life Spa Event and the Women in Entrepreneurship Panel Discussion, to bring women together in a spirit of camaraderie and collaboration.
