Dr. ZaLonya Allen is the Founder and Executive Director of South East Michigan Entrepreneurs Association. Prior to forming SEMEA she traveled the country working as a professional speaker and subject matter expert in psychology and leadership development. For more than 15 years Dr. Allen has presented to a variety of organizations including Ford UAW, Detroit Edison, Society for Human Resource Management, Macomb Community College, Clemson University and multiple government organizations to name a few. She has earned degrees from University of Michigan, Wayne State University and North Central University in industrial relations, sociology and two degrees in psychology. Van allen, ACP Investments

Van Allen is a lifelong entrepreneur. First, he began his career in investing over 25 years ago. His primary investments include real estate and blue chip stocks as well as numerous entrepreneurial ventures. In addition, he is an award winning motivational speaker and former cable talk show host. He has received numerous speaking awards including first place in the District 28 World Championship of Public Speaking Contest for Toastmasters International. His signature presentation “Are You a Winner” encourages audiences to step out of their comfort zone to reach their true potential. He attended Henry Ford Community College and Wayne State University. He is a Master NLP Practitioner which allows him to help individuals tap into the power of the subconscious mind. Currently he is the President of Van Allen Productions which specializes in producing video and audio projects. Van is a founding board member of SEMEA.

Olga Tecos is the founder and owner of Aretee Day Spa which has received numerous awards including Best of MichBusiness Award, WDIV’s Vote 4 the Best Award and the "Excellence in Business Award" from the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce. Tecos is a long-time Grosse Pointe community supporter. In 1988 she opened La Moda Salon in Grosse Pointe Farms with co-owner Josephine Carducci which has over 20 stylists. Together they created a place where patrons found not only a variety of salon services, but just as importantly a place to be welcomed more as family than as customers. For Colette Hughes Real Estate is not just her's her passion. She has over 20 years of experience in various areas of real estate from traditional real estate sales, short sales, bank foreclosures, tax foreclosures/auctions, helping first time home buyers, helping seasoned buyers and sellers, property management to property investments. She's currently the Broker/Owner of Virtual Real Estate Services, LLC in Sterling Heights, Michigan. She's proud to go above and beyond to help any community, family, friends, fellow real estate brokers and real estate agents with real estate services. Colette earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Detroit College of Business and has a BA in Christian Studies from Midwestern Christian Institute.

Brandon Marsh is a Business Leadership Coach and Speaker who helps business owners achieve peak performance. He has delivered presentations for such groups as Leadership Oakland, Abcott Institute, Walsh College, General Electric, Skyline Club and South East Michigan Entrepreneurs. His career includes roles at several blue chip companies including Microsoft, IBM, Hewlett Packard and now Dale Carnegie. He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a member of Rotary International and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity where he has served as chapter president.

Ray earned his license to sell Business, Auto, Home, Accident, Health and Life Insurance from the State of Michigan and Federal Security License. Since becoming a part of the Allstate family he has been named as the top commercial producer in Michigan for business insurance sales in 2014, 2015 and 2016. In March 2015 Ray was chosen as the featured expert on Fox 2’s weekly Financial segment “Money Monday” as a professional advisor on the topic of cutting insurance cost. Moulden learned perseverance and attention to detail from his studies at Osborn High School and Wayne State University in Detroit. Ray has more than 30 years of marketing, sales, advertising and customer service experience. Previously he excelled in various sales positions for OFRA, Globe Business Resources, King Koil Mattress Co. and others. Ray is involved with numerous civic and charity organizations such as Detroit Regional Chamber, Detroit Metro Visitors Bureau, Jewish Vocational Services, and serves on the Corridor Improvement Authority Board for Oak Park, MI.
